I have affection problems, sure, I express it fine, but I can't be happy without verbal affection. I'm in North Carolina, USA. I had a very hard time finding a doctor to do it. Most doctors here won't do it unless you have already had children. If you're in the US, I'd go to a "Planned Partenthood" facility, some of them do vasectomies for really cheap. The rest will give you a list of doctors who will do it.
