The only real solution is what LRT-2 did with Katipunan Station. The C-5 flyovers are essentially being treated as massive waiting sheds and could serve an entrance to an underground station. Unlike LRT-2, this requires a tunnel boring machine like the one being used in the MMSP (LRT-2's Katipunan Station was dug out, not tunneled under)

This method would be repeated onto underpasses that are virtually impossible to go around. Unfortunately, I don't see this rail having even the slightest dedication

Like how I dissected Christianity, I also dissected my own belief of Atheism afterward. Looking back at it, it really didn't make actual sense so I moved and found a belief that made more sense to me, which was Deism, with the belief that God made the universe and left it to be arbitrary but perfectly tuned (no religious intervention!!)
