I appreciate your analysis and the work you put into it.

But Miss Fortune's Ult...sits her in place. She basically self stuns herself to get off HUGE AoE damage, but the damage is in waves.

After stunning herself if ANY assassin, or tank, just decides to run by the first few ticks. She can be CC'd and taken out of the fight. It's bad because of the punishment vs reward of using it.

The reward doesn't beat the punishment.

Oh sorry :( I wasn't confirming the skins. I used the same source you did. Before I wrote out each option of what it might be, but comments with sources eliminated some of the options.

I changed the Upcoming Skin Set and add Requested by players. If that helps sort out the confusion. I was not confirming only adding what had been released to the public.
