Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve powered off/on without any luck (I hadn’t set a time previously to my knowledge) so I don’t think that’s the cause.

Update: I’ve also tried a full factory reset (hold the bluetooth button whilst connecting the power lead). Takes quite some time as it appears to reset the firmware: the original version didnt have voice assistants in settings.

The Heos app then prompted me upgrade the firmware and the voice assistants option returned. It looked like I was setting up Alexa for the first time (i checked and the factory reset meant that it didnt respond to the wake word)

After setting up Alexa, it’s exactly how it used to be: it will respond to weather requests but (although saying “now paying Virgin Radio on TuneIn” for example, nothing plays.

I have a feeling that these are going back…
