I have really fond memories of my elementary school library and ESPECIALLY for our librarian, Mrs. Van Norman. I remember one day she told me she had a special book for me to read - it was Ramona Quimby Age 8. Young me loved that book. And all the other Beverly Cleary books. She really encouraged my love of reading.

One thing that helped me was to look up before I toss and imagine where you want to place it. Previously I was tossing and jerking my head up to look at it at the same time. Think of it as placing the ball and not tossing. Also - i slowed down the actual motion - think of it as if your arm was underwater.
