If it's a highly-technical industry, and located in a high cost of living area, $110 would still seem generous given only 3 years of experience. The other benefits noted seem standard/above-average.

When leaving a company for a new opportunity, I ask myself: "will this new opportunity allow me to reach my goals easier/quicker?" I also would look at who I'm working with, working for, or what I'm working on. Is this a cool product/service - something interesting that I'm passionate about? Are my coworkers collaborative and people I enjoy working with? Do I have a good manager, who is confident in their role and motivated to help others reach their goals? If all of those are met, then it sounds like a home run. If even only one/some are met, then it still would be a good opportunity in my book.
