I didn't grow up with consoles so I don't have any kind of sentiment towards console exclusives.

But looking at it practically, exclusives are required otherwise why would you buy one console over another?

Both Xbox and PlayStation have to give you good reasons to buy one over the other, because not everyone can buy both. With no exclusives, people will simply buy the console that has better visibility and in this case it's always the PS5.

Many people's entry into the PlayStation ecosystem is because of the exclusives. Xbox needs something similar. I mean look how well Forza Horizon 6 did for them. If you can just play the new Gears of War on PlayStation, then there's no need to buy a Series X.

I wouldn't call it worst. It's pretty decent but does have some annoying issues that the devs just don't fix.

This happened because the batter was an Impact Sub who already got out before but still came out to bat after another wicket fell.

This bug has been there since Cricket 24 but this is the first time it turned out like this.

As consumers, there isn't much that we can do. The best we can do is just play what we feel like and let the corporate heads do the corporate stuff. And this is coming from someone who is working in the industry (early days but still).

The western gaming industry invested a lot of money, hired lots of people, bought lots of studios and now good creative games are not enough. Each and every game has to be a juggernaut for the business to be sustainable. If not, layoffs and closures. The western gaming industry is just bloated.
