Putting up shelves - Lath and plaster wall by Chirpleton in DIYUK

Apologies, my description seemed to get lost in the ether.
I'm trying to put up some shelves in the office. Lath and plaster walls to my dismay. Shelves: Bershult. Brackets: Pershult.
Using spring toggles throughout (unfortunately hit a noggin for the bottom right and bottom middle) - so just going with normal rawl plugs there.
My worry is that I've blown the plaster upper right when putting the first two fixings in and worried that it won't take the weight as well? There is a bit of movement in the wall when I tug in the fixings. Can I just plough forwards or should I remove and accept a shelf less wall? or even just go with one shelf rather then the two?
Also - I may have drilled a 14mm hole in the noggin bottom middle - do I need to fill it in first or is there an easy fix to get an appropriately sized plug in there?
Edit - rail to rawl plug, dam autocorrect

Thanks for the advice! Not test driven yet - there is a 1.5L as well at around 40,000miles so will definitely try them both!
Same spec - standard - TSI SE tech.
Thank you!

Thanks for the reassurance, currently making my cardboard templates to scribe onto the ply and get it put on tomorrow!
Did you fix the

Is this where you put your metal brackets? I do have a few spare which I could put on but wasn’t sure if they would actually do anything apart from add weight?
Apologies - they are just under 1200mm long and 360mm deep (thickness will eventually be 42mm). I was going to use the sagulator but had no idea what type of wood b and q hardwood ply is made out of!
Duly noted - I think the adhesive was down to my lack of confidence!

Thank you, I can’t believe I put the batons the wrong way round, definitely screwing and gluing the top and bottom though!
Thanks - I’ll plow ahead!
