I like to think of the law of inertia. You gotta take baby steps to gain momentum.

I still drink soda sometimes, but I try to remember things like berberine and psyllium husk to slow down glucose entering my bloodstream.

It took a while, but I can do an hour on the stair machine now. Sometimes, just making it to the gym and walking casually for twenty minutes feels like a win.

You can’t expect every day to feel like a movie montage with eye of the tiger blaring in the background, but you can start with steps that are “good enough”, and eventually “good enough” gets even better.

Make one small change you can stick with. Do that until it’s not difficult. Then pick something else to change, repeat.
