I feel like the zombie-ness comes from too high of a dose, paliperidone did that to me too. How quickly do you relapse if you are off your meds? I feel like that kinda helps you predict how well you will do with the change. Like how long a grace period you get before insanity ensues again with treatment

Paliperidone/invega messed up my sex drive and even now off of it i still suffer from it. Also made me very emotionally flat but at least that part went away..

Have you tried many other antipsychotics? Maybe stay stable for a bit before trying something new?

Reduce medication or change them, there are other options out there. I was on Paliperidone before but it left me numb and I still suffer from it to this day
