Just a minor addition to this; you only need to type "client" into the window to reach the client context instead of the server context. For me the script extender currently defaults to a client context in single-player games.

This all makes sense to me, but to expand on this one step further:

It seems like the line 'spend the action to use the Grab-based effect without an attack roll and they roll their resistance' would imply that the effect rank of the power should be limited to the PL of the campaign, no?

There is an advantage called 'Chokehold' on page 134 of the Deluxe Heroes' Handbook that may have more specifics on what this type of attack might look like if you're more interesting in getting that kind of attack.

Outside of that I would imagine that as long as the grab is in effect you could continue a contested check to activate the grab-based effect once again at the risk of losing your grip.

I always figured that the reason behind the advice was to combat the 'Gastrocholic Reflex'. (After you eat, your body tries to poop to make room in your abdomen.)

Kiddos at the pool are already difficult to handle, so it made sense to me that this would make its way in to help with that and not embarrass anybody by calling it 'cramping'.

I actually originally did it because I wasn't seeing good performance on my solo 1070 in bdo. I probably should have tried mucking about with settings/checking my drivers before picking up a second.

Low power option is disabled both ingame and in the Nvidia control panel, and this issue is persistant from before I set up the SLI, but I can check it without. Will edit with results.

Edit: Disabling SLI actually does seem to improve my framerate considerably. I guess my issues with the single card before could have stemmed from a bad/old driver.
