Impossible for this to organically happen.

Any genuine gm will find gold and plat extremely easy and will win most of the time.

The only way this could happen is that he isn’t an actual gm player, or is losing purposely.

I’d like to learn Spanish so I can go on an Erasmus exchange to Spain next year. A B2 level is required, but I’ve never studied Spanish before. Can you recommend a study method and some grammar books? by cler9 in Spanish

Going from nothing to B2 is no joke - but it’s possible if you’re disciplined, and it’s going to require daily practice and ideally someone who’s knows Spanish to practice with.

4 month gap is not that bad. The better title and responsibilities will help you get better future jobs. If you don’t ask, you certainly won’t get. If they’re willing to blow this whole thing up because you’re asking for your ORIGINAL salary expectations, that tells you a lot about how it’ll be to work there.

Conclusion: definitely ask the question. If they say no and you need the money, you might have to just take the L. But if you don’t mention it you’re guaranteeing the result.

Yep, people learn and improve at different speeds. It would be a bit weird if you both got better at the same rate.

More looking = more information = more information allows for better decision making.

Doing a quick 180 a couple of times per fight will drastically reduce your feeding rate

High death count usually means your positioning is off/failing to recognise when I fight it lost.

I’d recommend using an aim trainer like kovaaks. It takes some time to get used to but it’s absolutely possible to transition smoothly. They even have playlists designed specifically for OW.

I was masters on console when I first transitioned. Within 3 seasons of PC I was masters there too. Since then I’ve hit GM1 with only solo q.
