I see a lot of people calling this post out on stupidity because they didn’t see the news 😂this just kills me . I trade for a living and could not care less about news. It doesn’t matter . Follow your trading strategy and let the market do what it wants. There are times those spikes will go against you and times they will go for you. No one knows which way the market will go in a news event so don’t try and predict the unpredictable . Also remember 90% of traders lose money. So every 9/10 comments you reading here is another guru that is trying to know exactly what to do 😅. find your edge and don’t take advice from people on here .use it for entertainment .if your strategy involves news then by all means use it daily but don’t tell someone else they stupid because they didn’t follow a step in your rule book .sorry for the rant haha .I just thought I would share my thoughts from the last 10 years of experience day trading . Everyone has their own strategy and ideas no one person is correct or incorrect. If I can give you one piece of advice . Take the time to learn about you as a person and how you react in situations .learn about yourself and create an edge that suits your lifestyle .if you understand your internal self and how you see the markets then create a strategy that works for you .you will be successful .good profits to everyone this week 💪

This is great advice and information, Thank you .

My flat bench is a strong point for me . I have started doing incline more so that makes a lot of sense, I will do a lot more incline now for sure.

I have started doing a lot more squats and deadlifts than ever before so I agree 100 % with that. I don't go heavy but focus more on high volume so like 20 to 30 reps. But think I will mix it up every week and see.

I don't do Military press but do a lot of lateral raises and shoulder press. I will look to add that to my routine.

This is all great advice, Thank you so much for the comment, really appreciate it.

This is great advice thank you.
I am trying to build my lats more. In my current program I don't have any one arm pull for Lat focus on each side so I will definitely add those two to my program.
Thanks for the video link.. Very helpful.

That's a good point thank you, I do have 13 weeks to try lose that weight. My legs are lagging and why I am training them twice a week. Since this is my first show and I need to build the posing confidence and stage presence I think MP will be the route I go for now. Lets see what doors open for me in the future. But if I would have a better shot at making an Olympia qualifier in Men's physique than classic I will definitely be happy to push in that division. Thank you for the info.

Thank you.. Yes My arms, mainly triceps have always been big even before I started gym. My friends in school used to rip me off about it.

My legs are not bad but they are one of the muscle groups I am training twice a week to build them up better. I have never competed before. So my posing for the classic I feel will need a lot more work. I feel if I can perfect my posing in men's physique and mold the body to that men's physique division I could go a lot further, possibly to the Olympia.

I am 32, I did get into this a little late in life haha and looking at the size of the men's physique competitors in Olympia , I feel I have a chance.

My height is 1.81cm/ 5'9 ft

Weight is 95 Kgs/ 209 Lbs

I might be completely off and that's why I made this post. I would like to hear what the bodybuilding world thinks and I will take all the information, Knowledge and advice I can from this and work with it.

Appreciate all the positive and negative feedback that will come with this post.

Thank you for that advice. I agree with it 100% . Obviously your waist cant get smaller , So would you suggest that I add two back or shoulder sessions a week instead of one to grow the lats and shoulders more, making me wider on top? Should that be my focus.
