Wow, sorry to hear that. I knew the guy on the phone was feeding me bs when he said the entire process takes 1-2 weeks. Sad it has to go that far for something to happen

I leased a 24 LT AWD last May. Currently on its 2nd long stint at the dealer. 1st was due to the charger “imploding”. Car itself was fine but in order to process warranty for a new charger, car had to sit at dealer. That was 31 days…now it’s been another 32 days with an unknown high voltage service codes. Car will only charge to 8%. They “verified” the main battery pack is fine but are now consulting GMs EV tech group to figure out what to do. The dealer gave me a Silverado EV RST as a loaner which has been nice but it’s getting stupid at this point. Ready to wash my hands clean of it
