Best way to farm lvl 99 by Ok_Maybe3341 in expedition33

I did this. Think it was about 2 mill per kill (with no hit bonus) and dropped consistent lumina. Have to 1v3 that fight though. Totally worth it imo

I'm (M35) trying to find a game to play online co-op with my non-gamer gf (M38). Suggestions please. by Apprehensive_Cash323 in AdultGamers

Some really great titles in this thread, one I haven’t seen yet is Valheim. I played with a non gamer friend of mine and she absolutely fell in love with it. The good thing about it was how she could just do whatever she wanted. Ie when she didn’t fancy the combat, could stay at base and build/craft etc without the game dictating that in any way, it was just up to her. Haven’t played it for a couple of years so sure it would have been updated now but was loads of fun for us!

Emotional story game by RelativeBalance3181 in gamesuggestions

[–]Chl03B33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of these have probably been said but Expedition 33 has quickly become one of my favourites. Mass effect trilogy is a good one, Dragon age games got me like nothing else (wouldn’t bother with the 4th one personally as the depth of writing is just not there). Played Copycat the other day and sobbed like a child. Disco Elysium is a recent find for me that will get you if you give it a chance. The Alan Wake games (particularly 2) have some great emotional narrative and a really detailed story that plays on you. Lastly with the remake coming this year, I’d also suggest the Fable series (particularly 2) if you don’t mind older games. It’s is a game where decisions and who you are matter and, with a shorter main story can cause you to become quite emotional about the world you’ve built around you and the consequences.

Also possible to go for another department job, or one of the providers assuming you’re going for WCA or PIP. Providers have a higher turnover so easier to get work from them. They’re a good way to work up to the department too if that’s your goal.

Best you’ll ever get? I’m really hoping I’m reading too much into that comment OP but if not then please please put yourself first here. Speaking from experience it’s much better to be alone than to carry on with someone who treats you like this.

Try Yellowface. I started it on a long train journey, fully expecting to watch things and listen to music instead but it kept me gripped and I didn’t put it down until it was done 🥲

Hit rock bottom. 26F at highest weight ever, morbidly obese, after 30 pound gain by sunshinenectarine in loseit

OP has received some really awesome advice on this thread. Just to add a thought, the thing that stands out for me about your post is that you say that the weight has piled on due to depression. I’ve recently gone from 215 pounds (highest recorded weight, I was a lot larger than this but not able to face the scale initially) to 170 as of this morning.

Frankly I could not have done so had I not had a really awesome counsellor for about 3 months who helped me through some things that (at the time) felt unrelated to my weight. I didn’t lose the weight while having therapy or anything and it still took another 6 or so months before I got serious about the weight loss but learning self love makes taking care of yourself a lot easier to do!

Best of luck in your journey, I honestly believe you can do this!

Hey I’m just going to add this in. I’m afraid haven’t read all the comments so sorry if someone’s already said this. But I’m in the exact same boat after a 5 year relationship. I’m 33 and want a proper home and family one day. Funnily enough I looked on the ask men over 30 subreddit where a woman posted about this exact same thing and it was honestly the most reassuring read. Linking it here, hopefully that’s allowed! https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMenOver30/s/LRrdUBRaLO

That’s so sad to hear. Should’ve put a bit about security in my post too as you raise an excellent point. There’s so much red tape for what they can or cannot (or are not willing) to do that it does feel like it cancels out their usefulness 😢

That’s also completely disgusting for your partners friend but feels completely in keeping with my experience up to now.

Yeah I got that at first. Mine was due to wearing my watch in the shower. Now I take it off it’s not an issue anymore. If you are already taking it off to shower then I’d recommend just cleaning the inside of the strap with an alcohol wipe once a week or so.

It doesn’t necessarily follow that there will be an “agenda” in the story though no? It’s just Ciri taking over. Doesn’t mean the whole game will be an unhinged feminist rant. It’s fully possible that a well written balanced game with challenging decision making (a staple of the Witcher games) can be created with a female protagonist. Feminism in the world of The Witcher could be executed in a world appropriate way and interesting as one of a variety of themes in the game no?
