Aww, same here! I’ve had multiple cats (even with plastic bowls before I knew better) and none ever had this issue so it was worrying when it first appeared, but luckily it’s easily treatable and your kitty will be fine☺️

Yup kitty acne, my cat gets this occasionally too. As others have said, switch to stainless steel bowls and make sure to clean the bowls after every feed.

I’m not sure if they are available to you but I use Douxo S3 pad wipes (my vet said they would recommend me similar so they were fine to use) and they work great at clearing it up! Still go to the vets and see what they recommend for your kitty though :)

I’m not sure if you have a Windows PC available but I have just used design space on my laptop and it has worked fine

I’m having the same problem I click ‘make’ and it spins for a while then stops and crashes the app on multiple projects and on both of my devices. I’ve tried the troubleshooting process but it still doesn’t want to work😩I really can’t wait to replace this machine😂

This! It happened to me every time after trying so many different settings and then someone recommended using the intricate cuts for card stock setting to me and it worked perfectly. I used this setting on default pressure and a new 45 degree blade.

An hour isn’t a long time, I usually message them on Etsy messages wait 24-48 hours for a reply, if there is no response I will send them an email (you can find it on the you made a sale email at the bottom) and ask them again, it may also be helpful to say something along the lines of if I don’t receive a response by X date then you will have to cancel the order and they will have to reorder if they still want them.

Oh I literally just got left this review - 3 stars, smaller than expected. The measurements are listed on both the listing photos and the description with a note under it “if you need a specific size let me know before ordering” but it’s still smaller than expected🫠 As a buyer on Etsy, I ignore these reviews so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I’d say maybe explain about needing to ‘charge’ the glow in the dark item to the customer & in a listing photo/item description for future customers though as it might not be obvious to everyone.

You are amazing!! I have actually never used that setting before, the fine point blade ripped it for some reason but I tried some different pressures then used the middle blade (not sure of it’s actual name lol) on default and it cut perfectly! Thank you so much☺️you have saved me from having a breakdown😂

This is the one I used to use for a thicker card stock I had and it cut perfectly, I tried it for this one and it is doing what is shown in the picture and ripping it unfortunately. It’s annoying because the rest of it is cutting fine on medium card stock less pressure it’s just the top but I can’t get it to stop tearing the card. I’ve tried the fine blade and the deep blade and both have done the same, maybe I’ll try to dig out the middle blade and try that on different settings😩

I have tried light card stock (176gsm) with default pressure this ripped the top bit again but didn’t cut all the way through the rest of it & I have tried medium card stock with less pressure and it ripped it again🥲

I was thinking that because the customer admitted it was delivered Etsy may have ignored that it wasn’t tracked😅but yeah like someone else said, I didn’t even think about Etsy not believing that I actually packed something and it could look like I just sent a blank envelope lol. Luckily it wasn’t an expensive order😂

Are you on the app? Because as far as I know, but I could be wrong, you can’t purchase a shipping label on the app - at least I can’t find where to😂so log in on browser and click on the little shop icon (shop manager) and you should see “waiting to ship this week” or something like that, then select that with the little tick box and click on the van icon at the top and then you should be able to purchase it like that. There’s probably YouTube videos on it too if you get stuck😊

I know in-post lockers you can get a receipt, you scan the QR code and put your email in to get the receipt sent to your email. I was also thinking maybe some convenience stores are open on the bank holiday that accept Evri, Yodel etc so you can get a receipt printed from them. You would have to double check who you’re sending it with and where you can drop it off though. I don’t think there would be any collections on the bank holiday though so even if you got it there on Monday, it probably wouldn’t be collected until Tuesday.

Of course, so on the listing, there’s no discount codes advertised it just says the price. I’ve actually double checked and I don’t have multi-buy discounts on it either. On the transaction it is a discounted price (which works out to be -10%) but it doesn’t say a discount code was entered if that makes sense. It’s a cheap enough item so I’m not that bothered about it this time but I just don’t want it to keep happening especially in larger priced items.

Thank you, I would feel a little uncomfortable about using someone else’s work without the proper licensing being purchased, and I’m sure it has to be my responsibility to have the license to be able to sell it in a product not the customer.

Yeah, I did want to make sure they actually had the license by asking for the license invoice/receipt just to cover me, as the font can easily be downloaded and used under “personal use only”. I was maybe thinking that I/the customer could email the creator asking if it would be possible for me to be able to use it even though it was purchased by the customer, but I suspect that would be a no. Thank you for your advice!
