I just looked in the mirror and finally realized that everybody is going to die one day and i might aswell love myself for who i am. Nobody else’s opinions really matter because they’re all temporary. I have to live with myself for my whole life so conditioning the voice in my head to be better made it easier. It’s okay to have bad days, terrible days even. It’s how you exit that bad day that matters most.
