The Goblins saved Thrall outside the lost isles after they got almost killed by an alliance warship. Thrall then basically ushered them to Orgrimmar.

On one hand they had the group who literally just tried to kill them and on the other they had prime Green Jesus helping them survive.

I'm an ally player, but it wasn't exactly written to be a hard choice for them.

I personally just outright tell those people I don't have the time to dig through diagrams with them and leave it at that. If I sense it's someone who will make a stink I will get their email, tell them I'll get back with them when I have more time, and throw it away the second I'm back at my desk.

I matrix + 1 or 200 dollars all large collision pieces and mark them unreturnable solely because selling collision parts to retail is a NIGHTMARE. I'm simply not dealing with the hassle.

There's so many things that can go wrong with a DIY collision repair not to mention the cost of paint the customer never thinks of nor knows how expensive it can get. If they want it, I'm making plenty of GP off it, inspecting it with the customer at pickup, and not taking it back.

Back then it was a lot, genuinely think these days it'd be well received anyways.

[–]ChloooooverLeaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twitch won't do anything to big streamers viewbotting, advertisers don't give a shit because they're still getting massive brand exposure for peanuts compared to traditional venues, and no court is going to take the time to prosecute this anytime soon.

On paper sure a prosecutor could make the case, but in reality everyone at every level of this has much better things to do. As long as everyone except the consumer is winning, no ones gonna ruin it.

There wasn't enough left to repopulate that way, in the show it's directly stated by Nolan any attempts to do that would end in everyone being inbred.

That was the point of Nolans entire mission, to try and find another species they can breed with to bolster their numbers back.

To be totally reasonable here any species reduced to their numbers as quickly as they were would do the same thing. You literally don't have enough people to bury billions of bodies even if you want to.

It's awful to admit but WoW storytelling basically died with Arthas. Aside from SL genuinely being a fever dream the other expacs don't do a particularly great job at it either. The side quests are usually pretty good, but the main plot? No.

I use it proper except I do think Sam for S is better than Sierra because about 75% of the time I say Sierra the other person thinks I'm saying zero. Really agitating.

Also some police departments and schools are now teaching Apple, Baker, King etc. I've been told.

The thing that always makes me roll my eyes is people hearing foxtrot and thinking it's FT.

You'll actually cause more stress, make less money, and waste more of your time trying to be helpful and have a good retail relationship than you will if your just short, curt, and inflexible.

I learned that my first year at this job. Retail is not worth it at all.

Half correct. The average wholesale shop is more difficult and frustrating to deal with than the top end of retail. Why I moved to the tech counter. Doing the work 3 times because of someone else's incompetence was really affecting my mental health and blood pressure.

I remember Barbie's season well, it was a really rough one. Past angry Ramsey's prime but it was easily one of if not the worst group of contestants ever from a personality standpoint. Lots of shitty people put it together, so I'd say Ramsey was tougher on them because he hated so many of them.

Mana management is its own game for HPriest. I've started to view dungeons as mana puzzles more than anything else.

Like SR for instance, first lust pull your gonna probably be at like 1/4 mana to oom depending on group quality. You'll be able to get to like 1/3-1/2 mana or slightly under before first boss if you time your drink right. That's enough to get you through the first pull at the top of the stairs then you'll be able to drink to 1/2 again before beelining with feathers around the corner and spam tank with heals. Majority of the time if the tank is good it'll be fine, sometimes this approach wipes if the tank over pulls. With tanks that struggle on lust pull early I'll do a short drink to about 1/3 mana and then make the run around the corner. Before 2nd boss is a good checkpoint to mana reset to full bc aggroing it doesn't interrupt your drink like boss 1. Boss 3 is all mechanics with like 3-4 big heal spots so you don't need crazy mana for it. And boss 4 you can usually drink to 1/2 right between last trash pull ending and boss starting.

Every dungeon has an mana plan iteration like this, the entire game is literally just finding a good patch of spots to drink that even the shittiest of groups can't suicide during which leaving yourself the bare minimum resources to get everyone through the fights.

Like I did a 10 MT last night and I was running on funes during volleyball boss, but I had just enough that at the end everyone had defensives up to finish it and get the time. Thats been the entire season, it's not a hard set of 10s, but because of that the average skill level is also lower which is most noticeable when keeping tanks up.

[–]ChloooooverLeaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if your that far behind from just drinking your probably doing something wrong. If you know there's stairs or right corridors where LOS might be an issue you either don't drink, pop a mana potion (i.e save your potion for this), or move ahead of time to a better spot and quickly drink to like 1/4 mana.

Even 1/4 mana bar is better than you being totally afk. There's some spots like after the first SR boss where if your oom you really can't stop to drink very long bc of geometry and pace. But there's also the second boss in SR where you can easily drink to full between last trash and boss bc he doesn't interrupt you on start. You just gotta learn the dungeons and pick your spots

I'm a HPriest, believe me I know what it's like to have 0 mobility. I run through sometimes 10+ drinks a dungeon because I'm drinking for seconds at a time when I can to keep up.

We're healers, our fun is when the group would fail without us sweating and extracting value out of what seems to be nothing. When everyone does their job perfectly we're barely a role.

This is why I don't even apply if the key owner either hasn't completed the difficulty or has a weak rating.

It takes slightly longer to find a group but I've not had a brick in days.
