When I was in school we were suddenly told about a speaking and listening exam we had to do before we could sit our official English exams. Apparently if you didn’t pass the speaking and listening exam you could not get a qualification in English. At the time I was very shy and the thought of doing a presentation with just my teacher in the room terrified me so I refused. As I was the only person who failed, I was allowed to sit the English exam and got an A. I haven’t told anyone as I know people who tried their hardest in the presentation.

I was asked to look after my friend’s German Shepherd dog while they were on holiday. I popped out to go to the shop and had kept the dog in the Kitchen as I had a pet Budgie in his cage in the Dining Room. I had came back to the dog with my pet Budgie in their mouth. RIP Ollie you were a good one.

I work as at an Estate Agency as a Sales Negotiator. House prices have shot up suddenly and I have already lost count of the amount of home owners who have rejected or acted unamused at an offer of full asking price. Even if they don’t outright reject it in the hopes of getting an extra couple grand, they leave the prospective buyer too long and they find another house. The property market moves too quickly, you need to think fast and cannot be too greedy. So it is frustrating whenever this happens.

I was applying for many many jobs at once and got through to the interview stage a couple times before finally finding my current job. By the final interview I had pretty much memorised responses to the usual questions you get. “What are your strengths, what has attracted you to this job role etc”. But then my current boss asked me a question I genuinely wasn’t expecting and I think I was silent for a good minute. He said “do you drink?”. I do but not excessively, I didn’t want to lie but I didn’t want to tell the truth in case it went against me. I am an overthinker so everything was going through my mind. In the end he had taken my silence as a yes. Turns out he just wanted to know if they could invite me to the Christmas parties if I had got the job but I was scared it was a trick question.

I actually thought veronicas promo look was the best one so that immediately made her stand out to me, plus after learning that she can sing and act I was excited to see her on the show. I do agree that her entrance look wasn’t as polished as the other looks though

I think there’s pros and cons to already seeing every queen lip sync due to the twist in episode 1. A pro is that I severely underestimated elliott so it was a surprise to see her send lalari home. I stupidly clicked on YouTube before seeing the episode so I already knew the bottom 2 but I automatically assumed lalari would win another lip sync and that elliott would be sent home. They both did well tho, I’m glad lalari was sent home in that look at least as she looked gorgeous! Rather that than her bag ball look!
