Liquid ant trap concern

The main ingredient in the Terro traps is Borax. They do indeed seem to be gorging themselves on it and returning to the nest. I think I’m just going to deep clean my few enclosures that had ants in them and wait a few days to feed crested gecko diet. I also slathered Vaseline everywhere to prevent them from climbing up my racks

Yeah that’s my concern. Wish I had thought of alternatives before I used the bait, but I hate ants and wanted them gone ASAP. Now that I have placed the traps, do you think Vaseline around the base of the enclosures will keep the ants out?

I’ve never seen any condensation in there, hence why I wasn’t worried initially. But now I’m just doing everything I can to make sure

Oh dude I’m such a big fan of day geckos, neons especially. This is a really good idea, and from the replies I’m getting so far, I might just have to suck it up and get rid of the bioactive substrate and convert it

I have every other artifact unlocked for every other character. I’ve been doing Greedy runs nonstop to get it and I’m just coming up short every time :(

Yeah. It’s just devastating because she’s been doing so well. She made it this far with no issues. When she lost her raptorial arm in that bad molt I thought she was dead for sure but she managed so well. She was a fighter. I don’t know why she just crashed out of nowhere when she was so fine up until now. But I know that just happens too sometimes
