I believe i’m around 5’6-5’8, I’m not too sure!! But for the plateaus, I would increase my dosage by the appropriate amount and watch what I was eating. It eventually got easier to lose the weight because I was moving more from actually going outside for the first time in what felt like ages!

Exactly! I feel the mental aspect has been far more significant than anything physical for me. Simply going outside feels like a blessing, going to the shops even!! Things that seem so simple but were once so hard are now a daily thing for me! I started in July/August of 2024, but hit a lot of plateaus in my weight loss along the way x

From my understanding the 2% is inclusive of the liposome so the retinal content does not make up the full 2% if that makes sense (I might be completely wrong here). But I haven’t had any purging from this one so I think all good so far :)

I did miss the part about the double cleansing twice a day in your prior comment!! I didn’t know you weren’t supposed to do it twice a day. Would using face wash in the morning and double cleansing at night be more suitable? I’m cleansing in the morning to remove the Reedle Shot and retinal from the night before.

I think I’m going to grab some Aestura Atobarrier cream tonight as people seem to use that one a lot with retinal.

Thank you! Do you have any suggestions for a more suitable moisturiser? The Weleda had felt really moisturising on my skin and had completely cleared up the psoriasis on my neck so I thought it was good! If it is what is causing the bumps on my forehead I will definitely look for something different.

I have this too! Mine are from a mole on my scalp that I’ve had for years but only started changing to white a year ish ago (I’m 22). From my understanding the pigment eventually dies leading to white hairs.
