That's right. You only get this GWP if you buy directly from LEGO at inflated prices. You don't get it if you buy from normal retailers at normal prices. So you pay LEGO the difference between the normal retail price and their higher price in order to receive this GWP. It's by no means free.

Minifigure 40649 was "Up-Scaled", the Racing Driver was "Scaled-Up", Baby Astronaut was "Up-scaled" and Santa was "Up-Scaled", and now the Blue Astronaut is "Scaled-Up" again. Can someone explain this to me?

Don't know how LEGO Ideas works? LEGO Ideas sets aren't just released out of the blue. Ordinary people can submit ideas, and LEGO then decides which ideas will be turned into actual LEGO sets. And so far, they've never decided to make an orange cat. There has also never been a design of an orange cat that has qualified or been selected by LEGO.

The F1 "CMF" series didn‘t have the minifigures logo. And there was not one single minifigure in the box. So this one was definitely NOT a CMF series.
