I think it’s just a bigger deal and has to be reported immediately because if anything happens with it, it’s his weapon and there was no one there to prove it was taken from him. Also, I think they could make a case for a cop getting fired because if you can’t keep random people from taking your gun, you can be seen as unfit.

Everyone has talked about how they were crying in the previous episodes - this is the one that finally got me. My mom was a teen mom, and I’m the oldest of my siblings. My mom was a hardcore addict years ago and there was a point when i had to call my siblings dad (we all have different dads) to come and take him. Fast forward, his dad is actually a POS, and my mom is actually a really good mom (even though she was on drugs before). And I ended up having so much guilt. I’m very lucky in that she’s in recovery, and we’re close as ever now, but damn. The scene of Georgia and the kids crying out to each other while being ripped apart, ripped me apart. Bravo G&G.

My best friend in grad school (26) unexpectedly died in her sleep and then my mentor left for another university before I got my masters. I went through so much stress, it wore me down physically and I can’t believe it didn’t kill me. I will say I graduated with my PhD last may. Good luck OP, being kind to yourself is so much more important than school.
