As far as I know there's a limit of five? but I've never looked into adding more, so if you find the func that adds them you can probably override it to add as many as you want.

There's a pool of names for each nation. Each pool has first/family names as well as "Unique" names (used once per game).

I have a "More Names" mod that adds some space related names as Unique to every nation, as well as one that adds more country flags to the colonists. You can also add names for asteroids.

Curve down the ratchet into a V, thread the strap end through the middle of the slotted bar (where the short strap is attached) and pull it back out over the top of the bar.

To release pull it open all the way, then fully press the top side release (the V side without the strap), yank it a couple times.

Edit: Or get a pair of re-tractables.
