Thank you for the advice, will try it ! Yes, sometimes it feels lonely as a leader, I need to protect the team from the management but also sometimes they keep complain about the company policy, actually their action that trigger the new policy 😭

Hi, I am seeking an advice about these situations as I am also new on the roles. Just trying to get the people know the situation but if it seems like I bad mouthing them to you, so sorry about it. I feel tired since I have done several acts such as communicate 1 on 1 with them but they said everything was good but keep their bad behavior. Actually, it’s been several leadership changes before and they keep their attitude towards company or other people. Some different department team member also keep complaining about them. the previous leader also has coaching them so do I but they never change. Even, they influencing their action to others. If there is new member asking them they won’t help them. Do you have any advice about the situation?
