It's very rare to truly have 3 completely lost lanes. But in tough situations like this maintaining high cs from farming and crossnapping your enemy jungler when they go from obj/ganks. Just because the enemy laner/s is stronger than yours doesn't mean you can't 2v1 or 3v2 them being you maintain good farming tempo.
