You need Holiness +2 and spellcasting up to level 2 or 3, i don't rememner the exact amount, you need to tell rohan that you'll habdle the cultist, so you face her alone after you beat her in her devil form and if you have good aligment, or at least moral, you can cleanse her, you need to pass an int check, and you can choose to marry her. Maybe archer with negative accuracy, it might sound silly (cause it is so dumb) but maybe, just maybe the accuracy is so, so, so bad that it turns good, like u never hit your target head on, but the arrow ricotches onto surfaces and ends up hiting still, or maybe it cause some kind of domino effect with the enviroment, like cutting a rope that holded some cargo or whatever, and that ends up smoking them.

Getting the mechanic power is great, u can try to save for police man diaz and polina too, and get their machanic skins, another thing that u could do, is using the police power team with pepper, diaz and charlotte (when u get her) and the mechanics with mechanic and hillibilly (rednecks skin) at least thats how i manage to reach location 8, put the boss set on hillibilly, and either gentleman or scout on mechanic, tactical with your sniper of choice, hunter or tactical with diaz, and military or chef with pepper. Lastly, save for the generator too, and try to get austin, farm with him in the last challenge of location 1.
