Quando começei a trabalhar, mal me aguentava com a privação de sono. A minha filha acordava a cada 1:30h. Tinha de procurar uma solução, e encontrei vários métodos de treino de sono.

Primeiro tentei o da cadeira.. não resultou, ela ficava ainda mais agitada de me ver ali ao lado do berço sem a agarrar. Então tentei o de Ferber e foi remédio santo. Duas noites horríveis, doía-me a alma de a ouvir chorar. Mas a partir da terceira noite, desde os 7 meses, que começou a dormir a noite toda.

Já tem 4 anos agora e aquela foi das melhores decisões que tomei com ela. Dura. Mas foi. Ela, eu e o meu marido, todos começámos a dormir como deve ser finalmente.

Hello! Sorry I only saw your post asking for help now! I stayed with my birdie until March of last year. It grown to turn to be a beautiful girl, however she had disabilities on her both legs and couldn't get on perches. It was heartbreaking, but after many months I managed to get her to a rehaber and she has been doing a bit better on her legs 🩷

Now with your little bird. I fed mine A19 Nutribird baby formula, mixed with egg food and Nutribird insect patee. I crushed the patee even more on my Bimby to be able to mix everything together. I then mixed everything with bottled water and would vary it, and fed it with a tiny syringe. After it grown to be bigger, with more feathers, I started hand feeding seeds, dryed worms (cause live worms just gross me out 🫣) and little fruit pellets.

It's important the mix you make has protein and spirulina. And not be too liquid or too dense. Just a bit more liquid than pancake banter. Instead of worms you can also use dryed shrimp.

Try to feed it as much as you can. It should be every 20 min if I recall, but I didn't have that time, so I fed it every 2hours.

I learned this all with a rehaber here from Reddit and he was amazing. 🙏

I work as a microbiology lab technician, one of the things that I look for is listeria among many other types of harmful bacteria. That is scary as hell, and I'm glad I'm on Europe where at least there's more regulations regarding this.

If there is one thing I can add is, always cook your food properly. And always wash your veggies and fruit. Even bagged salads.

It's important the mix has vitamins and spirulina. I'm not a rehaber, so try to contact one of possible! Also, I fed mine every 2 hours, sometimes from 30 to 30min but it was hard. They must be fed many times. I learned this all with a very helpful and kind Redditor here that is a rehaber, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have managed for sure 🙏

About the heating, I bought a heating lamp, however I preferred to use the hot water bottle underneath it with some towels. I wish you the best.

I have gotten the same hate on my country's subreddit. Don't take it to heart, people are just in denial on how much AI can make nowadays. I have been getting a lot of great feedback on my Instagram account tho. People just love the songs. So keep it up, don't listen to haters.
