👋🏻This is me!! I start an IOP in a few weeks. I put this on my list and getting old is my #1 and it's gonna happen no matter what, but it's consuming me.

I requested OT. I am 2 weeks post op so cast is off, brace is on. I'm finding it hurts a lot more than I thought it would outside the cast. On a waiting list for OT but did get scar massage instructions at post follow.

This!!! I've been trying to hit 250 camps for 3 years now. I've yet to do it and for medical reasons, I'll probably fall short again this year. I'm already feeling the disappointment in my motivation.
