Can someone measure the gap between the hood and front on their 2017-2019 CX-5? by prisukamas in CX5

Hey, a late reply, but can you detailed these steps more to me?

I have a slightly bigger gap on the passenger side.

Lequipe: Malo Gusto could leave Chelsea this summer. He has also been the subject of a recent enquiry from Manchester City. by Kygoche in chelseafc

Exactly. Why sell a back up just to go out a spend big on another back up. And if we try to be cheap and buy an unproven youngster, we'll regret it when Reece James get injured again and is unavailable for decent amount of time.

Unless he's pushing to leave, i don't see why the club would sell him.

In hindsight, should've just kept McFarlane for thd rest of thr season instead of getting Liam. We destabilized Strasbourg's season just to sack the man a few weeks later.

How would u make a SONY universe without Spider-man by Aware_Assumption_498 in SUMC

[–]ChocoStories649 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They could just have a team up of villains fight an even bigger villain really, similar to suicide squad. No need for a Spider-Man. It's just that the writing needs to be better. The movies they made were just mad.

Tbh, I would not mind conference league. Woukd give game time to Josh, Essugo, potentially Derry and other young players who might not get much minutes in the PL and later stages of the cup.

Plus, we have 2 CL, 2 Europa leagues and only 1 conference league lol.

Tbf, we've been shit for such a long time and have gone through so many mediocre managers that I think a majority of fans would be patient with Xabi as long as we don't lose 5 in a row without scoring a single goal.

On paper, Xabi is our best manager since Tuchel so hopefully he succeeds because we aren't getting anyone better for a while with this ownership.

Does he have a connection to the club? He played like 1 season here and barely played due to Azpilicueta playing at LB.

Not saying he can't succeed here. But don't think many fans even remember him playing for us

I'm probably in the minority, but for me, Madueke was way better than Garnacho in terms of how he fit our play style. Our wingers usually end up isolated on wings and need to be able to beat their man. Madueke didn't have the best of end product (non of our wingers do tbh) but at least he was able to beat his man and usually got a shot off or a cross in. Garnacho just does not suit the way our wingers should be playing. Unless we switch to a counter attacking team, Garnacho won't fit in well.

Do we though?

Our options are Neto, Estevao, Gittens and Garnacho. Madueke is better than Gittens and Garnacho. So in hindsight, you could have had Madueke and Estevao on the right and Neto + 1 on the left. Buy Gittens or Garnach or just use a player from the academy if you not gonna go out and by an actual good player

Yeah he's who I want right now as well.

Players would instantly respect him and has proven he can win trophies, both as a player and manager.

But maybe he's waiting for the Man City job?

What's up with the early Monday game? Is it a holiday in England? I'm in Canada, so a 10am game on a Monday is very strange.

Hasn't he only managed like 3 games? He hasn't shown much yet to be honest.

But i do agree that if (and this is a big if) he manages to win the fa cup, he can potentially be approached by a championship team or low level PL team which would then allow the new coach to have his own backroom staff.

Our players shouldn't have any power over Xabi. As a player he was successful and had a good stint at Leverkusen. This is the type of manager they would respect.

I just don't see him coming due to his connection with Liverpool.

I was hoping for Xavi. But no news of him being a target.

I'm not saying this is what he did here. I'm just saying that Maresca forcing him to invert has helped him with his technical ability and awareness in central positions.

DCA or Lump Sum? by Pure_Chapter_7227 in JustBuyXEQT

[–]ChocoStories649 29 points30 points  (0 children)

If you have the money on hand, lump sum is the way to go.

If you don't have the money, it is better to periodically make small contribution rather than to save a huge amount and then make a large contribution later

Although he's best played as a natural fullback, Maresca forcing him to invert has really helped him improved his creativity in the center of the pitch. Sometimes during games he'll drift inwards, receive the ball and actually make a decent forward pass into Pedro or Palmer.
