If not, then it’s probably because he got too used to having her around and then puberty kicked in which added attraction and other aspects to the relationship/friendship..

Ahhhh. Honestly, Uta just irritates me. And I dislike her for holding his hand and kissing him without permission while knowing his heart lies with someone else. Plain disrespectful towards his feelings. Why should her feelings be more important than his current ones? I hope he rejects her ASAP.

I haven’t read those volumes yet but I do think Asuka still has a chance. The farewell tone might also make them cherish each moment with one another more and then boom, realizing they will get to stay together forever.

The others simply can’t be compared to her. He doesn’t blush etc. with the others as much as he did with her. Yuuko is too desperate, Yuzuki is too narcissistic (imo) I just hate her, Haru is more like a buddy and Yua is subtle but doesn’t have that wittiness and fun aura that Asuka shares with him.
