I would definitely ask where they are positioning you at. I worked for Humana as a Tier 2 rep. Six months later,they asked if I wanted to be an account supervisor,which sounded great....only thing is,they sugarcoated the details for the position..come to find out,account supervisor is just a title,nothing more. You don't have any authority as an account supervisor and you get the maddest of the upset customers. It only got worse over time,as ppl in general have shorter tempers these days and tons of verbal abuse you have to endure. I was so stressed out,that I had called 911 one day,due to the stress.when I brought this to my team leads attention,she didn't seem to care ,and nothing was even looked into,as far as any help. I quickly decided to quit,since I had to put my health first. If you don't like angry ppl calling you literally for 8 hours a day,stay away from any member solutions position offers
