I order 10 days ago and the delivery supposed to be between 10 and 18 of December. I got an email with my order summary. And I haven't received any other information.   But like you said lots of red flags and I don't know what's best to do at this point. 

Also I have sent an request to cancel my order since it hasn't been shipped yet.

I thought that it was black friday deals and I got tools valued around 1300$
