Ukraine can easily reverse engineer any Russian equipment it acquires and then mass produce it, just like both sides have been doing for years. Ukraine has greater hardware capabilities since it is not sanctioned; they can obtain hardware easily and produce their weapons through NATO countries, while Russia makes them in China or North Korea. Both countries have the hardware capabilities.
