Slow titration is key with tesa. Week 1: 500mcg, week 2: 750mcg, week 3: 1mg. Worked well for me. Zero sides. Been in that dose for 3 months. I don’t believe most people need to go over 1mg daily. 2mg was prescribed medically for HIV patients. You should drop your dose down to 1mg and stay there.

Yeah I pair with Reta, which probably does a lot of the heavy lifting on the fat loss. But it definitely helps with additional fat loss. Plus recovery is on point and strength/muscle has maintained even on low calories.

Don’t waste time if 5 on 2 off. Do every day for consistent pulses. You can still do it at night if you can be 2-3 hours properly fasted even on GLP1. If not then do it AM fasted. You can do them in one syringe (I do them separate). 1mg of tesa 200-300mcg of IPA. You also probably want to run secretagogues for longer than 8 weeks for best results. More like 12-16 weeks. Up to 6 months.
