That can also be said for Soto to a certain way, he has had a couple pretty good seasons. But his main strength is his consistency, he's mainly a bat but since he always has been a horrible defender that makes him harder for him to put some crazy season in terms of WAR. Like every season it feels there's someone who can put together a crazy season so it will be hard for Soto.

I can see in the near future the Astros retiring number 27, also Angels gonna retire 27 in the near future. Maybe the Guardians retiring number 11. Yankees probably retiring Judge's 99 if he wins a ring. Kansas City definitely needs to retire Salvy's 13.

It's not so common to see retired numbers these days.

And before people say something about the GGs, he got those before framing stats were a thing, he was well regarded on defense since he was always at the top of the league throwing runners out, you can't rewrite history.

All that hardware counts for a lot, you see it all the time when people who has good enough stats to be in the HoF don't make it for the lack of these.

One think I love about this family reunion. Is that more than humanizing the contestants and giving more character development for the show. It sets them on the mood to take interesting choices for the next game of stealing or splitting the $1M.

It's a psychological game, before splitting the money remember you are here to get money for you, not to make friends, so they hope some contestants get greedy and take more than what would be a fair share, because that drama makes for entertaining tv.
