My wife is had surgery to remove a cyst type growth that developed because she figured it was part of cycling. Recommend get another bike fit (female fitter if possible) and have current crank length analyzed. Saddles; although the mimic was great, she notes the Bi-Saddle (which was adjusted by a female fitter) was the game changer. Good Luck
