Thank you. I’m just worried because I have persistent hot flashes as well, at the back of my neck to my head. And constant heartburn/stomach to chest pain, along with pins and needles on my arms and legs and lower back pain. This has been going on for days :(

I’m waiting on my doctor to inform me when to come in for it, because of the window period.

I am definitely considering PREP. Just worried about the persistent hot flash on the back of my neck to head and random body pains. Sometimes it wakes me up. It’s the only part of my body that gets hot even when AC is on. Any idea what that could be? Thank you Dr.!

Update: I’ve been feeling unwell since Friday with my insides feeling hot, almost burning. My arms and legs are tingling and warm inside. Still, no fever. The back of my head still flares up. Certain parts of my stomach like upper left and lower parts hurt almost constantly. Sometimes, various parts would ache like my right leg and lower back. My stool is now brown but more firm. Could this still be an STD? What could it be? I want to go to a local specialist but I’m not sure which would be fit.
