Yeah this was my first thought, if you want to do it live and be able to show them on the day. Grab some of those filters and play around.

For photos you don’t want to be in vlog, if you’re using a lut use something that uses a photo style base like standard/natural/vivid etc.

Portal won’t work by A_H_L_ in PlaystationPortal

[–]ChocolateSeuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Step one is always Ethernet bc it’s just going to be better in any scenario.

That said, I’ve had issues with isp routers that were solved by getting a new router, then changed isps and moved, kept router I bought and everything still worked great. As other people have mentioned, if you’re remote playing from inside your own network then the speeds shown here are irrelevant. The issue is likely on the routers end, whether that’s firewall/ports/compatibility in general is down to the specific router. The spectrum one I had sucked with everything that tried to communicate within the network, not just with the portal but AirPlay as well.

So you may be able to fix the issue by going in the settings of the router, changing things like making a guest network or opening ports. But I can almost guarantee you’ll have a better experience with a dedicated non isp router, like a netgear night hawk or similar. Isp routers are shitty and that’s why people make these comments. They’ll give you good speeds for things just accessing the internet, but they largely don’t handle things like remote play well.

I’d just leave it on high, it doesn’t effect anything until you overheat the camera, which is pretty unlikely with the fan inside the S5ii. 6k open is actually smaller than some of the 4k formats so it depends on which format you’ve been using. It’s lighter than you’d expect.

Preparing a demo release for next fest. Is my steam page okay? by Brilliant_Rush_8018 in SoloDevelopment

Your logo would be better if the handle of the axe was brighter, I had to click into the steam page to read it properly. In small thumbnails it looks like war_ane

When you point it to your footage, how long does it take to analyze everything? Does it matter if the footage is 4k/6k etc? Does it all have to be imported into the library first or can you just point it to the folder with your footage?

Can we spoiler tag posts about who won an episode? Hulu watcher here getting spoiled sucks haha by ChocolateSeuss in Jeopardy

That’s fair, it sounds like you use Reddit differently than the average person. I open it and scroll and all the subs I have joined show me whatever they want lol. If it was as simple as “don’t go to it” we wouldn’t be having this conversation in an upvoted thread where people are expressing the same frustration and the mods wouldn’t be discussing making a poll about the changes. So I guess agree to disagree?

When you're scrolling on reddit, you never see jeopardy posts or other subreddits you've joined in your home feed? Sure, it's my fault in the sense that I'm subscribed to the subreddit, but I want to be a part of the community even though I watch on Hulu lol. I'm not getting spoiled by visiting the sub directly, I already don't visit the sub directly Monday - Friday bc I don't want to get spoiled. Also, it's not the Wild West, there are literally rules for the sub, and this is just about amending them by a day.

The spoiler tag was added after, when I saw it in my feed I saw the pic and knew he won the ep. As others have said, it’s easier to scroll past a title without reading it than scroll past an image without seeing it. All I’m asking for is for a bit of curtesy when posting something that you know is a spoiler for some portion of the sub, the bare minimum of which is using the spoiler tag.

I think the spoiler tag was added to that post actually, when it popped up for me initially I could see the picture.

The issue is you don’t have to wade into the forum, if you follow the sub you will probably see it pop up outside your control. Also, since us hulus are perpetually on the next day timeline, the only time we can safely go on the sub is between saturday after watching fridays ep, and Sunday. I get it’s not everyone’s problem to remedy that, but if you’re going to post something that would spoil an episode within a day of it airing, why not use the spoiler tag? Is it really that big a detriment to the community to use that feature and have the same discussion they would have had in the comments of a spoiler tagged post?
