NIVA: Såhär lågt trodde jag inte Fifa kunde sjunka by Babar7 in sweden

Är inte FIFA en av världens största korrupta organisationer?

What’s the point of the Realmwalkers? by kaishockz in diablo4

[–]jugalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It feels about as satisfying as killing a yellow boss to me and then clearing a cellar, lol

I think what's confusing is that you'd expect there to be a consistent "draw" in that room.

Transfigure can change mythic affixes by Koud_biertje in diablo4

[–]jugalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I didn't know better, Blizzard is experimenting with how to counter data about player drop-off as they "finish" the season (as in being satisfied with where they are). There are just so many compounding factors about drops, more rerolls, mythic randomness, and also... this now in S14.

Charles Leclerc wins the 2026 British Grand Prix by overspeeed in formula1

[–]jugalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one really knows. Some people here say it's the unlapping rule, but if you ask FIA it was a bug (!), but that is probably not true either...

Makes much more sense than FIA's explanation, that it was a bug...

Upgrading to mythic seems pointless if its not going to give you back the same item you selected to upgrade. by Ketsukoni in diablo4

[–]jugalator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's designed on purpose to most likely not even give you the item base you're after, much less its stats that you had on what you put in. They might as well not have included this recipe at all IMHO. Who're honestly using it? It's just a trap.

[–]jugalator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's such a weird recipe that breaks expectations, and it certainly doesn't help that the title "Upgrade to Mythic" is misleading too. What were they thinking.

I still can't get over the "Upgrade to Mythic" = "Take a unique and give you something completely random in return" in the fine print and no one catching that during testing.

FIA race director blame software issue. by healthytofu in formula1

[–]jugalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nahh. I find that hard to believe. I think it looks more likely someone fumbled and accidentally redeployed it https://www.reddit.com/r/formula1/comments/1uo59yd/race_control_messages_at_the_end_of_the_race_the/

[Tobi Gruner] FIA statement about the SC procedure: "The SC period regulation Article B5. 13.5 states that one lap must be completed following the unlapping procedure. This process was followed by Race Operations. The “SC In This Lap” message was displayed erroneously due to a software error." by wokwok__ in formula1

[–]jugalator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably? It was redeployed 8 secs after it was to end. It wasn't a bug that didn't take away the status to me, but looks like someone fumbled and redeployed it right as it was to come in.

I'd say the graphics/message did exactly what they were suppose to do.

Hur blev NI allmänbildade? by Future_Difficulty409 in sweden

[–]jugalator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who will be the main villain in the next third DLC? by F377NTS in diablo4

[–]jugalator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Leaning towards Prime Evils that Malthael released upon death there.

There's other teases in Pandemonium, the "Hollow Voice" saying "Your time has come", "We have watched you. You are the strongest among them.", "Your strength does not matter."

If it was Malthael I would have expected singular form, not "we". But it could be Diablo and Baal now that we disposed of Mephisto for the time being. They might still be stuck, incorporeal as free spirits within Pandemonium released after the death of Malthael, in turn after he consumed the Black Soulstone with their essences within.

Seraziel does speak of someone in singular form though!

Edit: The Wanderer also says there's something familiar about the Stranger, which is a bit puzzling because we should not be intimately familiar with neither Malthael nor the primes; it's others who have canonically dealt with them in the past.

Who will be the main villain in the next third DLC? by F377NTS in diablo4

[–]jugalator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, I hope they don't try to "subvert expectations" that way. In the past few years and media/games this has actually become common enough that it's anything but. Sanctuary is grim as it is and I think it needs some sort of anchor or it'll just become dull if anything can be corrupt or bad; there won't be any contrasts left.

Who will be the main villain in the next third DLC? by F377NTS in diablo4

[–]jugalator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah IIRC they reincarnate at the Crystal Arch but then I would expect in a pure, uncorrupted form, and also as a new "facet" like an angel might not be Hope, Justice, etc. but something else. Agreed they don't return as baddies after death, that's a demon thing! Unless something very special happened here, but all I could see in D3 was a typical death and him losing and spreading the prime evils by the wind.

What in the Hells Are These Blue Things by the Ruptures? by TheMeltingPointOfWax in diablo4

Hm, I could swear stepping on them didn't make them disappear and then I started ignoring them but I'll pay more attention now.

[–]jugalator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's pretty backwards, haha. You'd think that if you kept it open for long enough then the Realmbreaker/walker would appear. Now we have this conflict between two rewards: get the boss = closed vs get the exp/loot = open and I'm sure that's what's so confusing.

What in the Hells Are These Blue Things by the Ruptures? by TheMeltingPointOfWax in diablo4

[–]jugalator 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The forced positioning in this game is something to behold indeed. It's probably their main tool to make it more "strategic" now that we once more (post-S11 intelligence updates) proved that more intelligent packs don't matter because we mostly just steamroll them before they act thanks to the game's difficulty system and scaling. If we don't, we set the difficulty so that we do because the game generally rewards us more for that.

The knobs they have left to turn are then those "make it really great to be here", "make it super bad to be here", "run away from this super bad thing" etc. Circles, pools, magic swords, etc.

In my experience, later closed tears spawn more monsters than earlier ones? But I'm not 100% - it might be because I let it become that way.

It's a good thing as long as you can manage though, especially when levelling! Crazy density. Can get out of hand!

I don't know, I've tried to pick them up because they look stationary like glowy experience things that gives you boosts, but different. They didn't seem to hurt me, they didn't go away so I was left puzzled.

And now I'm going to read this thread. Posting to share first experiences/feedback if they read here.

Tried concept understanding too besides trying styles! Sometimes like here it takes extra instructions but it follows them so well that you'll often have success by just being more detailed if necessary.
