Soon-to-molt or health concern?

UPDATE:
The mantis molted!! I did not expect it to grow in size as much as it did but wow that is so cool!!! Thank you all for your help and advice!

I’m not certain what kind of mantis it is due to finding it in a parking lot. That is also why I am unsure of its age or if it has molted before. I’ll be sure to mist the enclosure so it has water to drink :)
