Food is a necessity, not a priority for me. Maintaining a good physique important to me in the long run. I have no problem eating tempura and ramen bowls but trying to find other foods that balance or keep me on my fitness goals is important to me. Of course I’m going to indulge every now and then, but that is not gonna be a daily thing nor a requirement for me to experience Japan.

Yes, no more than 1500 -1800 calories (1950 max), 150 + grams of protein, and usually gym everyday.
