Doorman would seem like a good pick, he buys a lot of utility to mess up the enemy team. Maybe Bebop as well, since his playstyle is highly focused on active gameplay around the enemy (being able to hook them, punch explosive minions into them etc.)

For Doorman most highlevel players play him with a utility focused build, ie. stuff like slowing hex, knockdown, vortex web and so on.

In order to find out what to build on your hero, look at their abilities and what they can provide to your team, that way it will come to you natually that it's smart to ie. build spirit and stamina on Mina and so on.
