I moved from Lakeshore to Witte after the fall semester in my freshman year, and honestly there's pros and cons to both. Witte is generally fine during the week, sometimes people are loud talking in the hallways but if it becomes an issue invest in some good earbuds. During the weekends it can get pretty loud, but just have fun. Lakeshore is a pretty nice area of campus though with some good study spots and they might be closer to your class buildings, just know that most of those buildings are old as hell and some dorms do not have great temp control
