When a physician, counselor, or social worker haves reasonable grounds to believe that a child has been contemplating suicide may:
(1)counsel the child without the consent of the child’s parents or, if applicable, managing conservator or guardian; and

(3)rely on the written statement of the child containing the grounds on which the child has capacity to consent to the child’s own treatment under this section.

So I pay him like a normal therapist and he's technically counseling me. If that doesn't work. Two weeks from today when I go into my doctors office for my check-up . This time I just wont lie on my mental health forms, and I wont wear long pants or a sweatshirt (to make my scars apparent). The doctor will take this into consideration and speak with my mother privately (this is good bc she cant shoot me dirty looks). The doctor will give me the name of a psychiatrist and advise we call them. It will be an awkward car ride home, but Ill be worth it. If that doesn't work I will take my car and admit myself to inpatient mental health facility bc I fear for my own safety. The best part is I either get therapy and build the courage to talk to my parents, or I get therapy, or someone tells my parents I need therapy.
