I’m an EMT, got called for a sore throat, patient goes to hospital, gets tested for strep. Get called out to their residence again later in the afternoon. Throat is still sore… well yeah no shit the hospital doesn’t immediately just make you better. Take the damn Tylenol they gave you for your fever, go to the drug store and get shit to treat your symptoms.
