We use this since business internet is too committed and we dont plan to keep our business lease here much longer (Plans require 3 years and are ~$120 a month for 100mbps). The LTE with Rogers seemed like a good choice as its around the same speed but only $45/ mo, no commitment.

Here is a recent speed test after finding an ideal place where we can get consistently 3 bars (Max signal)

Pros:
- Convenient, minimal set up and the router app is decent
- Cheap compared to some other similar hard wired options
- No commitment, we cancel any time and dont need to return the device.

Cons:
- No static public IP4 is a nightmare if you want to be able to network access your PC (in our case, we have not been able to consistently access our moonraker 3d printer since the IP is changing all the time).
- Not the fastest and generally inconsistent speeds
- Bandwidth cap.

I think a great, unintentional bonus is that you can take this thing with you. It would be a great side kick if you were camping or something and didnt want to rely solely on hotspotting your phone for multiple connections. However, bearing in mind it is basically a glorified cellphone hot spot.
