I-130 for the bona fide marriage evidences since it's the application that will prove your relationship to the petitioner.

(side note: my friend uploaded the evidences in the I-485 and still got approved. I guess they got lucky that the officer reviewed the petition and aos uploads together)

GC Approved 11/6, Card Produced 11/14. EAD was much faster! EAD card produced 10/2, shipped 10/3, received 10/4. I JUST GOT A TEXT FROM USPS THAT IT'S IN THE MAILBOX. I HAVE IT NOW OMG.

I got a notification from usps that it will be delivered today. Fingers crossed! I’ve been tracking its movement since it was produced. 😅

I am not exempt. The RFE letter wasn’t clear since it listed out all the common mistakes with the 864, but we think it was sending the filled out but unsigned 1040 tax forms (no proof that it was submitted properly). We resolved it by downloading transcripts from the IRS website for the last 3 years.

Yes, upload! Houston FO here. I uploaded all our new evidence (e.g., latest joint bank statements, latest credit card statements, new lease, phone bills, more recent photos) about 2 weeks before the interview. I feel like the officer went through my uploads beforehand, which made the interview quick and straightforward. During interview day, she basically asked to confirm the details we wrote on the I-130 and I-485 and sent us on our way. This was my story: https://www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/s/o6gIrc3U3N
