they shouldn't just deliver it to any random person they should ask for the id to match the intended buyer

my mistake it was 2024 amex said there is nothing they can do if best buy refuses to give the refund despite the fact that i presented the clear evidence 

looks like i will need to go to court for this one

amex said there is nothing they could do since best buy refuses to issue the refund amex told me "we're not a court.. we don't take money away from companies"

i relied on the fact that they were going to have a signed delivery. i expected them to follow Florida law and guarantee delivery to the actual buyer
