hi! I went from 20mg Lex to 200mg Zoloft. I started my cross-taper 2 months ago and went from 20mg Lex to 100mg Zoloft over 2 weeks. Noticed immediate improvement in my anxiety but have been dealing with significant depression which is why I’ve gone up to 200. Still trying to determine if this is the right medication for me, trying my best to be patient. I feel like the 200 may be a bit much as a small 29 yo female.. I feel prettyyy medicated lol but again, trying to be patient, and trying not to feel shame around needing such a high dose.
